The approach of this clinic is to support clients through their hair loss journey by providing information and advice about lifestyle tweaks, and cosmetic/aesthetic treatments, and in some cases equipping clients with the information needed to seek a referral to a dermatologist.
After the initial consultation, there is a remote follow up appointment (usually within a month), and then a further catch up which is recommended within 6-12 months. After the 3rd appointment a fee applies for every half hour.
Until December 2022, if the 3rd appointment has not been taken up, and more than one year has passed there will be an amnesty on the fee. This is because the menu of options for treating hair loss has widened further to include some prescribed oral medications, and aesthetic treatments.
