Step 1: Your Remote Consultation
Every client journey begins with a comprehensive online assessment (via Zoom or telephone). This ensures dedicated clinical focus to align on your skin health goals, review your medical background, and establish safety prerequisites before visiting the clinic.
This remote assessment applies to all aesthetic concerns, including:

Chemical Peels & Medical Microneedling
Precision Blemish Removal (Diathermy for skin tags, milia, red veins, DPN)
Permanent Hair Removal (Electrolysis) & Medical Skin Camouflage

Step 2: Beginning your bespoke skincare journey
Within 24 hours of your consultation, you will receive a curated Introductory Skincare Plan. This is your foundation for transformation—a medical-grade home care selection tailored to prime your skin barrier.
Digital Boutique Access: Recommended regimens are accessible via our secure, password-protected digital store or via the GetHarley platform for direct home delivery.
The “Prep & Protect” Prerequisite: Progression to in-clinic procedures requires your skin to be properly prepared. Using a clinic-approved, broad-spectrum sunscreen and prescribed active ingredients is a mandatory requirement to ensure safe healing and minimize post-procedure complications.
Step 3: In-Person Assessment & OBSERV® 520 Skin Analysis
If an in-clinic procedure is clinically appropriate, you will be invited for a face-to-face assessment.
Where sample sizes are available at the first consultation, Dr. Wilson will provide a small selection for you to try. After the consultation you are welcome to purchase tester sizes of products through the website where these are available.
Step 4: Staged Treatment Pathways & Client Loyalty Rewards
Once your skin is primed, you can progress to advanced in-clinic treatments:

Important Booking Terms & Scope of Practice
Assessment First (No “Clip and Go” Services)
Practitioner Discretion: Booking a consultation does not guarantee progression to an aesthetic treatment or procedure. Progression is strictly at the practitioner’s clinical discretion.
Non-Refundable Fee: The consultation fee covers dedicated clinical time, expertise, and diagnostic assessment. Refunds are not provided if you are deemed unsuitable for treatment.
Reasons Progression May Be Declined Include:
Compromised or unhealthy skin that increases procedural risk.
Unwillingness to adhere to mandatory pre-care routines or daily broad-spectrum SPF.
Incomplete disclosure of medical history, medications, or previous aesthetic procedures that have the potential to impact on the safety of treatments from this clinic.
Communication barriers that prevent valid, informed consent.
