Forehead lines

Forehead lines

As the face ages, lines appear on the forehead.

These lines can be treated to a degree with Botuliinum Toxin. However for older people the glabellar area (between the eyebrows) should also be treated at the same time.

When will results be seen with Botulinum Toxin?

Results usually take 2 weeks to show.

How long do the results last?

Results usually last up to 4 months, but this can depend on a number of specific factors  related to the individual and some clients do experience different results.

How do I amplify my results with Botulinum Toxin

The effects of Botulinum Toxin are only temporary. Long term results can be improved by stacking with other procedures such as peels, microneedling, exosomes and skin boosters.

As with all aesthetics procedures, good skin care is needed to optimise results.  It is possible to get results with good skin care alone without the need for injections.  There are also alternative injectable treatments that may be more suitable.

An example below shows how a combination of alternating peels and microdermabrasion can be used to smooth the appearance of forehead lines as part of general facial rejuvenation.
