Bookings are taken on line. All services are by appointment. Cash payments are not accepted. Customers are asked to attend appointments alone.
If the intention is to bring a guest, please could you let the clinic know in advance as it is possible that entry may not be allowed.
To protect the privacy of other clients you are asked not to arrive more than 15 minutes early.
Arriving 15 minutes late will be treated as a no show, and there is a risk of losing the fee if no notice is given as per cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions.
