Consultations for the hair, scalp and beard begin at the clinic. Consultations for skin treatments including electrolysis for permanent hair removal, skin camouflage, home skin care, chemical skin peels and injectables begin online through the Get Harley Platform. The Get Harley team work with Dr Ingrid Wilson to get your recommended products to you at home and help with replenishing your products.

Local anaesthetic cream may be preferred for some procedures. The first application is not charged for, but there is an additional surcharge of £20 if subsequently local anaesthetic is applied at the clinic. Lower cost options include buying local anaesthetic in person from the clinic before the appointment or sourcing the local anaesthetic online for application before attending the clinic.
