TrichoTest is a game changer for treating hair loss at home.

If you are certain that you have a diagnosis of androgenetic alopecia (male or female pattern hair loss also known as balding), telogen effluvium and early alopecia areata this test is for you.

The DNA testing kit is sent to your home first class Royal Mail signed for.

On its arrival arrangements will be made to talk you through taking the sample which is painless.

You will be sent a link for an on-line questionnaire to complete.

Once the test has been taken you can post using the supplied bag to Fagron in Newcastle, which then sends the test onto the laboratory in Spain.

The report is ready 2-4 weeks later.

You will then meet on Zoom or phone to talk through the headline results and discuss the options available to you.

Please note that prescribing for TrichoTest can only take place following a diagnostic medical trichology consultation.

If you have had a consultation you will be provided with a personalised link to pay for your compounded medications  which are  sent to your home.  The price of the compound varies in price according to the constituent ingredients.
