What is the issue?
Some people flare their nostrils when talking, or when under physical or emotional stress.
This can give the incorrect impression of anger, fear, exhaustion, concern or disapproval

What are the important side effects to be aware of?
In addition to the usual side effects of Botox,this can be an uncomfrtable procedure, so local anaesthetic may be needed.
The injection is into the side of the nose which can be susceptible to burising.
There is a potential risk for inadvertent weakness of lifting the upper lip and flattening of the cheek.
