From July 2025 there is a new link for the first aesthetics/skin care appointment. This can take place on Zoom or the telephone as long as good quality photographs are sent through before the appointment.

There is a short questionnaire to complete as part of the booking process.
This link should be used if you are interested in professional skin care, skin camouflage, aesthetics treatments, permanent hair removal with electrolysis. The service charge is £30. As part of the process a plan will be uploaded to the Get Harley Platform and you will be sent links of recommended products that can be purchased directly from the clinic (because the Get Harley Platform will not have all of the recommended products). The Get Harley team supporting replenishment of recommended products on line has moved from WhatsApp to email, so from 1st July, clients will receive all the information they need about their Personalised Skincare Plan, including replenishment reminders and any relevant offers, through clear, thoughtfully designed email communications. Any queries sent to WhatsApp will be redirected appropriately.
Clients can now access order information, including delivery tracking, through their GetHarley Profile, giving them instant information without having to wait for a response on Whatsapp. For skincare or treatment related questions, patients will now be directed straight to the clinic via email, taking out the ‘middle man’.
After the initial assessment you may be able to book straight in for skin camouflage and electrolysis. For other aesthetic treatments including skin peels, microneedling, polynucleotides and other regenerative treatments, you will be asked to book a further face to face appointment for which the service charge is £30.
