| The Get Harley Platform has been used by this clinic to help clients to easily replenish stocks of their skincare (and some hair support) products. Users will have noticed a few changes recently which went live on 1st July. 1. Clients can now access order information, including delivery tracking, through their GetHarley Profile, giving instant information without having to wait for a response on WhatsApp. Information about the Personalised Skincare Plan, including replenishment reminders and any relevant offers, will come through email communications. Any queries sent to WhatsApp, the previous method of communication will be redirected appropriately. 2. Prescription items will have to be ordered directly through the clinic rather than on the platform. 3. For skincare or treatment related questions, clients will now be directed straight to the clinic email. 4. The Calendly link for booking the first consultation has changed to Select a Date & Time – Calendly . If you have purchased skincare or services directly from the clinic over the value of £15 within the previous 3 months, you can book a free of charge phone call or Zoom call (alternatively a £15 fee will apply). There are a few items which I like to use which are not on the platform which can be purchased directly from the clinic or if not in stock it can be drop-shipped to your home directly from the Warehouse. |
